I got the cutest card that Lydia had made from Heathers bunch. I'd rather get cards like that, than store bought ones. I tacked it up, so I can look at it for a while. After church, Brian and Misty came by to pick me up. Jennifer had invited me to join them for Mothers Day for dinner at Uncle Buds. There was 11 adults and 2 babies in all and it seemed like everybody had a good time. Jill gave us all hanging baskets of hummingbird plant. They are lovely. Thanks to all for not making me eat a sandwich by myself on Mothers Day. I had a good time and it was good to see Nancy again.
Friday and yesterday, I worked in the yard and woods alot. After the winds today, I'm sure there will be more limbs to pick up. It's hard work, but I'm always proud of what it looks like when I finish. My flower bed is looking much better... will try to post a picture next week.
I go to a council meeting Tuesday night for the final decision about rezoning land at the end of Arnold Lane. Pray it all goes well. I know the time is coming for a change, but I'm not ready for it right now.

Happy Mother's Day!
I agree with Holli! I don't think I'm going to be planting any snakes in my yard to fertilize it though.
