Washington Easter Weekend

I had a fun time in Washington. Friday, we went to see the new Fast and Furious at noon. Then, we headed to Tim's (Don's son). Steph's family (daughter) came over with Sherry ( son-in-law's mother). Steph cooked and we had fun hanging out in the kitchen while she did. We all got involved in dying eggs after dinner. That was fun. Remind me to tell you what Sherry said about Don moving here when he retires, when I see ya'll.
Saturday morning, we went to Seattle to Pike Place Market. I love the different smells and colors there. There are all kinds of fish, produce, flowers, food, arts and crafts not to mention the differnt stores there. Don has taken me every time I've been there, because he knows I enjoy it. I still love to see the fish dealers throw the salmons for packing. If I lived there, I'd have fresh flowers in my house year round. They are so cheap and plum beautiful. They change with what is in season. Don wanted me to see the tulip fields, but they weren't blooming there, yet. I saw ORANGE daffodils. I've got to get me some bulbs. He also bought me a pork roll to bring home. Froze it and put it in the middle of my bag. It is so good with eggs. We, then went shopping. I wanted a new phone and couldn't find what I wanted here. I could get hooked on Fred Meyers if I lived there.
For Easter, we did a brunch cruise. I wanted to take him someplace nice for his b/day, plus he still had credit on the gift card Tim got him last year. It was cold, but we had fun anyway. Will be back there May 21st.
Heather brought Lydia and Rachel over when I got off work last night. It was good to have them here. They like sleeping in my bed,,, I sleep in the extra bedroom. We made brownies last night. I sent the rest of them home with Lydia, so I wouldn't eat them all myself. We got outside and played this afternoon. The weather was so nice. I found out that my butt don't fit in that wagon as good as it used to. We went to Cracker Barrel for supper before I took them home.
